The working terms behind every print order.
These terms explain the practical operating rules for orders placed with Urdigital Fastprint SDN BHD, including artwork responsibility, payment review, production handling, collection and delivery.
Orders and Quotations
All quotations, listed prices and product options are subject to confirmation based on selected specifications, artwork readiness and production requirements. Orders are treated as submitted only after the required order information and payment receipt have been received.
Customer Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, spelling, contact information, dimensions and other print content are correct. We may review files for print readiness, but final content responsibility remains with the customer.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer. Production normally begins only after payment has been checked and approved by our team. Uploaded payment receipts must match the submitted order details.
Production and Colour Variation
Printed output may differ slightly from on-screen previews because screen display and physical printing use different colour systems. Minor colour, trim and finishing variation within normal printing tolerance may occur.
Delivery and Collection
Customers must provide accurate collection or delivery information. Delivery timing may be affected by courier handling, volume periods, artwork correction, payment review or factors outside direct production control.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Requests to amend or cancel an order should be made as early as possible. Once artwork has been approved or production has started, changes, cancellations or refunds may no longer be possible depending on the stage of work already completed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected print order, except where stricter obligations apply under law. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer-submitted files, missing approvals, third-party delivery delays or misuse of finished print items.
